Brian brings over seven years of hands-on experience in high-end residential construction and weatherization. Known for his reliability and sharp eye for detail, he specializes in all things wood—particularly siding and trim, inside and out.

When he's not on the job, Brian enjoys tending his yard, skiing at Sugarbush, and spending time with his wife, Caroline. He’s also gearing up for his next big project: becoming a dad this August.

Acie is second in command—and Brian’s father-in-law. After a 28-year career with UPS, he launched a second chapter in the trades, contributing to both commercial and residential projects. He’s passionate about the finishing details, from perfecting drywall to laying down that final coat of paint.

Off the clock, Acie is a dedicated D.C. sports fan, an avid golfer, and a proud family man.

Frankie is Brian’s ever-loyal Border Collie and honorary crew supervisor. Originally from a working cattle ranch in Virginia, she now calls the Green Mountains of Vermont home. .

You might spot her riding shotgun en route to a job site, ideally with a tennis ball or frisbee nearby. Friendly to a fault, Frankie’s never met a person she didn’t like.
